I have fallen in love with one of your products, but would prefer a different style/fabric. Is this possible?

All products are made to order so please get in contact and we can talk through options!

Can I send the item directly to a friend or loved one as a gift?

If you are sending this as a gift, I can provide a free gift option for direct sending to your loved one - the present will be wrapped with a personalised tag and a handwritten postcard with your own message.

How are items packaged?

All packaging is recyclable. Where possible, items are packaged in letterbox size boxes to enable you to receive your delivery whilst not home.

Can your products be washed?

All products can be hand washed. Some products can be washed on a cold gentle wash. Please get in touch if you have any questions about specific items.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

Items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. If you require a super speedy dispatch, please drop me a message. For wholesale orders, dispatch dates may be extended as all products are made to order. Information about shipping/delivery can be found on the ‘Delivery Information’ page.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations unless on custom or personalised orders, or items on sale.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back to me within 21 days of delivery. You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the product has not been dispatched.

What are the conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
