When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
Once you have placed your order, it will take me between 1-3 working days to make and dispatch. If you require a super speedy dispatch, please drop me a message and I can let you know if this is possible. For wholesale orders, dispatch dates may be extended as all products are made to order.
What is your standard delivery?
Items sent by free standard delivery will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 business days) untracked.
What is your express delivery?
For £2.99 parcels can be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 business days) untracked. For tracking, please contact me in advance.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
I do not deliver outside of the UK as standard. If you require international delivery, please contact me to see if this is possible.
